For the last concert of the Mediterraneon cycle, the great Andalusian flamenco singer Esperanza Fernández meets the master of Arab-Andalusian classical music, Mohamed Bajeddoub and his ensemble Chabab Al Andalous. During this evening, the emotional power of the cante flamenco approaches the ecstacy sought in the tarab of Arabic music, and confirms the musical kinship that so clearly links these two age-old traditions.
